In 1975 Robert Doneff, company founder, began building homes and apartment communities in Manitowoc County. Nicolas Doneff, Robert’s brother, later joined the business. In 1995, Robert’s son, Anton, took over the business. Anton’s sister, Sarah, joined the team in 2007.

Doneff Companies LLC successfully built and manages 16 apartment communities made up of 1,056 units of which 400 are located in Manitowoc County. Other Communities served include Sheboygan Falls, Oshkosh, Ledgeview (DePere), Hobart, Sturgeon Bay, West Bend, and Marshfield.
